FERROVIT – Iron, Folic Acid & Vitamin B12

Ferrovit is an iron supplement containing Ferrous Fumarate used in treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and lactation. Among all iron salts, Ferrous fumarate provides the maximum amount of elemental iron. Vitamin B12 and Folic acid are the essential haematopoietic factors and help in preventing neural tube defects during pregnancy

Composition

Each red colored softgel capsule contains :

• Ferrous Fumarate  : 162 mg
• Folic Acid               : 0.75 mg
• Vitamin B12           : 7.50 mcg

Inactive ingredients 

• Vanillin
• Aerosil 200
• Lecithin
• White beeswax
• Hydrogenated vegetable oil
• Soybean oil

Indication

• For accelerated haemopoietic response in pregnancy and anemias

Dosage

• One capsule 2 times daily or as direct by a physician.

Precautions / Contraindications 

• Not to be use if known reaction to any of the ingredients is prevalent

Side Effect

• Safe ,if use in the prescribed dosage

Storage 

• Store below at 25C on dry place, away from direct sunlight. do not refrigerate
