Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) is a type of omega-6 fatty acid found in plant-based oils, such as evening primrose oil, borage oil, and black currant seed oil. It is also produced in small amounts by the body from linoleic acid. GLA has been studied for its potential health benefits, including its anti-inflammatory properties, its ability to improve skin health, and its potential to alleviate symptoms of certain medical conditions such as eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic neuropathy. Dosage

• 1 to 2 capsules a day or after recommended  by a healthcare provider.

Storage

• Store below at 30C .in a dry place ,away from direct sunlight.
